This space is located on Main Street, 7 miles from Icelandic State Park. Main Street is home to an assortment of shops and the Cavlandic Bike Share.

A complete renovation of the apartment was done in April of 2021. The owner utilized natural light and natural wood throughout the design of the apartment. This building is the oldest commercial building on Main Street constructed in 1905. It was originally Farmer’s Merchant Bank.

The space is intended for a couple or small family and includes private parking and WIFI.

We feel it is important to note that there are 24 steps leading into the apartment. There is a hand rail on both side, and the steps are very wide and deep.
