The North Dakota University System has 12 colleges and universities where students can earn technical certifications through associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, and even doctoral degrees. There are intimate campus environments with small class sizes, as well as large campuses that have more student populations larger than some of our local towns! Whether you are looking for a two-year degree to begin working in your interest area faster, or you want to pursue a four – or more – year degree, the North Dakota University System has you covered.
Tuition Assistance and Scholarships
To keep our Real. Good. talent around after graduation, tuition assistance is offered by local economic development organizations to attract them back to Nelson, Pembina, and Walsh Counties.
Provides matching funds to help North Dakota businesses recruit employees and keep talent local. Walsh County provides local support and has several participating employers.
Nelson County and Pembina County offer additional county-level cost share recruitment programs
